sailing shores, steering ship
a ride will always flow
within one's heart
& conscious mind,
our story willl guide our know
Trust (that)

breathe deep in heart
& still one's mind
you are one with waves

trust yourself
when actions show
your freedom mi s be have s

we love our home
our words to read,
preciousness for earth

yet waters fall among other worlds
where these words seem real, or know

Our breath is deep
our mind is strong
& our heart is clearest of the snow
so trust ourself
of all we do, say and show
that our journey has other tasks
of accomplishing our deepest/e breath
We acknowledge thankful glory within our journeys farewell/// & then we step with brave and confidence that our next phase is our save
